Wills

If you don’t make a Will or use some other legal method to transfer your property when you die, state law will determine what happens to your property upon your death.  A Will is a set of instructions that explains how you want your property distributed after your death.  A Will allows you to appoint guardians and/or conservators for your minor children.  A Will reduces disputes among relatives and other people who may claim title to your property.

If you need a Will drafted or modified contact the law office of James J. Pedrojetti P.C.
